The Executive MBA program at New Uzbekistan University, offered by the School of Management, Department of Industrial Management, is a modular, practice-oriented graduate program designed for experienced professionals, senior managers, and executives seeking to strengthen their leadership, strategic, and decision-making capabilities in a global context.

The Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) program requires students to complete 120 ECTS in 4 semesters (fall and spring). The 120 ECTS are divided into 96 ECTS of program core, 24 ECTS of electives.

Graduation Requirements

Entry requirements
Educational Background
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 180 ECTS credits) awarded by an accredited higher education institution. The degree must be completed in either full-time or part-time mode of study.
Minimum English Proficiency
Note: Applicants who have completed their bachelor’s degree entirely in English are not required to submit the above-mentioned language proficiency certificates.
Interview Requirement
Applicants are required to pass an interview as part of the admission process.
What the Interview Assesses
The interview evaluates the applicant’s readiness for the MS in Industrial Management program, including:
- Understanding of fundamental concepts in management, industry, and operations
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Motivation for pursuing the program and career goals
- Communication skills and professional aptitude
- Capacity to apply theoretical knowledge to practical, industry-related scenarios

Interview Rules
Only applicants with the required scores in IELTS or its equivalents are eligible for the interview.
The interview is conducted in English and must be attended in person at New Uzbekistan University.
Each interview lasts 10 - 15 minutes.
Each applicant may attend the interview only once.
